All clients receive:
Discovery call, 5-10 minutes (phone)
Strategy session, 60-minute (zoom/in-person)
Goal-setting session, 60-minute (zoom/in-person)
Unlimited access to twice-weekly zoom group sessions. — Tuesday 12:00 pm / Thursday 6:00 am (MST)
1:1 clients additionally receive:
30-minute weekly calls (zoom/in-person)
Or 60-minute every other week sessions.
Unlimited fitness/training plans as needed (soon to be released on the Move Right Training app)
Two 60-minute “Personal Training” like form coaching sessions (via zoom or in-person)
Regular coaching sessions may be used for this service as well.
Unlimited text and email with a 24 hour response time (unless otherwise noted).

Tim founded movement-based training studio, Move Right, KC, where they specialized in helping clients move and feel better so they could live happier and more fulfilled lives.
With an extensive 20 plus year background in health and fitness, which includes professional team sports, high-performing executives, and special needs individuals, Tim has learned what works. And more importantly, what matters in living life to the full.
